BuildHERS Scholarship: Elevating Women in Construction
Empowering the Next Generation of Female Leaders in Construction
The Northeast Ohio BuildHERS Scholarship, launched by The Third Estimate, is dedicated to supporting and empowering young women pursuing careers in the construction industry. This year, in addition to awarding three $1,000 scholarships, we’re offering internship opportunities to winners, providing hands-on experience and valuable industry insights.
Our mission? To equip aspiring professionals with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to succeed in this traditionally male-dominated field. The Buildhers Scholarship aims to support this mission.

Submit a well-crafted personal statement (<500 words) explaining your passion for the construction trades, your career goals, and how this scholarship will help you achieve them.:
