We cannot provide estimates over the phone. Every one of our customers has specific needs, so we need to be in the home to determine what those needs are, for you to be able to make the most informed decision with an accurate price.
It is best to have all decision makers present so that they can collaborate on product and colors. We understand this is a big investment, so we want to make sure all decision makers are happy with the choices that are made.

Common Insurance Questions
Before filing an insurance claim, we recommend contacting The Third Estimate if you notice any storm damage to your home. We have a dedicated Claims Team who will work with your insurance company throughout the entire approval process.
Call The Third Estimate. Our specialists are trained to recognize damage and will help you throughout the inspection process. We work hard to provide you with the best possible outcome for your individual situation.
In most cases, there is a 6 month to 1 year time frame from when the damage occurred to file a claim. It is important to reach out to us immediately if you notice damage so we can begin the inspection process.
No, your insurance company will pay only for the work that was contracted and completed. Your final payment will be held back and only paid out upon proof of completion. Profiting from insurance is fraud.

Payment & More
We understand that your home and lawn are important to you, and we want to ensure that they are protected during our work. Before the install date, here are some precautions to prevent any damage:
- Clear lawn furniture
- Cover landscaping
- If you have a grill, cover it
- Clear your driveway of all vehicles
- Inform your neighbors of the upcoming install and any precautions that they should take (i.e. clear driveway, cover landscaping, etc.)
We have several payment options available for your convenience. These include check, ACH, secure online invoicing, and financing. Please call our office for more details!
