What We Suggest:

From experience, we suggest that you give a company like us a call before contacting your insurance. Why? Well, why bother making a claim if you don’t know for a fact that you have damage or if you aren’t sure the extent of the damage. An inspector from our company will come out for free, at a time that’s convenient for you, and inspect your home for damage. After doing a thorough inspection, we will let you know what we found and whether it’s worth calling your insurance company to make a claim for a replacement.

What to Expect During the Appointment with us:

You will receive a letter from us in the mail. In this letter not only are we welcoming you as a new customer, but we also go over timelines and what you can do to prepare before our crew is on site to start installing. We ask that you keep in mind that your home will be a construction site, so anything that you are able to move out of the way the better- we do our best but cannot always avoid things like plants, yard art, etc! Once your materials are ordered we wait for a date we can expect them to be delivered. Once we know a date we can expect the materials, you will receive a call from our Project Manager, Theresa. She will be calling you to get a date set on our calendar for when you can expect us out to get the project started. We always want our customers to keep in mind that things like weather & delays from manufacturers can affect this date! We do our best to stay on schedule at all times but sometimes delays do happen.

What to Expect After Install:

After the crew is completed with their work and clean up you will be receiving a call from Theresa to ensure that everything went smoothly and that you’re satisfied with the work performed. We will then schedule a time to walk around your home to ensure that you’re satisfied and that we too are satisfied with the project. Your estimator will then work to close out the claim on your behalf.

paying for the project:

You are only in charge of paying your deductible and for any bad wood that needed replaced during installation. We have financing options available if needed. All checks from your insurance company will be made out and mailed to you, but then will need to be picked up from your representative or mailed to us with your signature on the back.
