We are currently seeking a highly motivated Window Measure and Service Technician to join our team in our Solon, Ohio office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a first-class production team in response to the rapid growth we are experiencing in our Window division. The Window Measure and Service Technician will be responsible for measuring and ordering windows, highlighting obstacles that impact customer expectations and installation costs and resolve issues within the quote and approval process. The Technician will manage small repairs such as screen repair, sash replacement, hardware replacement and assist with small window installation on an as-needed basis.

The Window Measure and Service Technician will coordinate with: Window Production Manager, Production Manager, Production Staff, Window Installation Teams

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home visits to measure windows and doors
• Take photos of scope of job for the production department
• Create a production and installation plan and review it with customers
• Understand scope of work and communicate to Production Coordinator
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience of Window/Door measuring or installation preferred
• Experience with Vinyl and Wood replacement windows required
• Polished, professional demeanor
• Outstanding technical and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Andersen Windows experience a plus
• Must have a current Valid Drivers License in order to be insurable for Company Vehicle
• Able to pass a background/drug test
